What we do

JakeSwift Logistics connects businesses across mining, construction, agriculture, manufacturing, and general commercial freight with verified transport capacity, and manages the movement from request through delivery on one platform — JakeSwift OS. Every request, quote, assignment, and delivery runs through the same system, so nothing depends on someone remembering to send an update.

How the platform works

A client submits a transport request with a pickup, a delivery, and what's being moved. Operations reviews it and sends back a quote. Once that's approved, the job goes to a dispatcher, who assigns it to a verified partner — a specific fleet, vehicle, and driver. From there, the driver updates status as the job actually happens: en route, at pickup, loaded, in transit, at delivery, delivered — with a proof of delivery captured at handover and reviewed before the job is marked complete.

Every one of those steps is a real record, not a status someone eyeballs and repeats over the phone. Clients see it as it happens; so does everyone else who needs to.

Why partners go through compliance

Every transport partner on the platform — and every vehicle and driver they bring onto it — goes through a verification step before they can be assigned a job. It's slower than accepting anyone who signs up, and that's deliberate: a client handing off cargo should be able to trust who's picking it up.
